Familiarize yourself with the previous day's 'End of Day' report to stay informed about any noteworthy developments or updates.

Review the 'Current Store Status Spreadsheet' to stay updated on any changes related to move-ins or move-outs.

Establish a daily log or journal, utilizing tools such as an app on the iPad, a whiteboard, or any preferred method.

This serves as a dynamic way to track daily tasks, share responsibilities with staff, and document pertinent information about SKUs, customer interactions, maker visits, and occupancy changes.

At the conclusion of each day, it is the responsibility of the store closer to complete the End of Day Report. Please see 

Ensure the report includes basic store information and necessitates answers to questions such as maker restocks, any maker movements (in or out), and other relevant details.

We recommend using a designated book or similar medium to record responses to the EOD report questions. This ensures consistency and a reliable reference for tracking store activities.
