the css (current store status) list is how each store tracks who is in every spot and what is changing it is the fastest way for any staff member to see occupancy and churn at a glance managers keep it current; everyone reads from it most procedure pages end with "update the css," and this is the page that explains how what it is css = current store status each province keeps a master with a css list for each store it is a manual list that mirrors the floor which vendor is in each spot, what status they are in, and what is moving in or out managers add and remove vendors all staff can view it to track occupancy and churn how it is laid out spots are grouped by shelf size entry, 2ft, 3ft, 4ft, and trial, each with numbered slots (entry 1, 2ft 1, 3ft 1, trial 1, and so on) each occupied slot shows the vendor's name , colour coded by their status transition columns track change move out (date), replacement (the incoming vendor), and move in (date) trial slots also show an end date "max" marks the last slot in a size, the capacity limit for that size at the store notes capture context, for example an upgrade request ("wants 2ft upgrade"), a spinner, a swap ("swap kolera with club fawn"), or a payment note ("dep paid july 4") the status colours each vendor's cell is coloured to show their status this is the same status system referenced across every procedure page offered (orange) a spot has been offered confirmed (yellow) membership paid, awaiting move in active (green) currently in store upgrading (blue) / downsizing (purple) a tier change is in progress moving out (red) cancelling, ending, or being moved out how managers keep it current when a spot is offered , add the vendor to the slot and colour them \<font color="#ca8a04"> offered \</font> move to \<font color="#eab308"> confirmed \</font> once they pay on move in , update them to \<font color="#15803d"> active \</font> for a tier change , colour them \<font color="#4283c7"> upgrading \</font> or \<font color="#a855f7"> downsizing ,\</font> then back to \<font color="#15803d"> active \</font> once done for an exit , colour them \<font color="#b91c1c"> moving out \</font> and fill in the move out date, the replacement , and the new move in date as they are known once a vendor has physically moved out, update the list so the slot reads accurately for the next vendor keeping it current is what lets everyone, including the vendor team, see occupancy and churn without asking where it lives your province's provincial master holds the css list for each store (bc, ab, mb, sk, on) contacts onboarding, invites, forms vendor support, vendorsupport\@shopmakers ca membership, billing, occupancy questions nadia, membership & payout coordinator, nadia\@shopmakers ca
